Behzad Fakhravar

In 2004, I started working for a local real estate and property management company with a portfolio of over 240 properties as a leasing agent placing tenants and showing properties all over the Portland Metro area. I learned the ins and outs of property management and a passion for real estate began to take root.

In 2006, I became a licensed Realtor® in the State of Oregon and shortly after earned a GRI designation. In my first year as an agent, I was recognized by upper management for attaining benchmarks of personal service and sales.

Since then, I’ve built my business on trust, expertise and honest advice. In 2010, I earned my Principal Real Estate Broker’s license and founded Zad Realty & Property Management, LLC. My passion for real estate and all this beautiful city has to offer has only grown over the last ten years. I enjoy helping my clients navigate the intricacies of property ownership, whether a client is buying, selling, or looking for property management services. I look forward to servicing both continuing and new clients in all aspects of real estate.
