To whomever is looking to relocate to northern NV, like I was. You will want to use Dickson Realtors, specifically Ms.Bekah Patton. I will admit that I was a picky, problem client. For that Bekah, I apologize.All of the homes she showed me were truly beautiful. When we finally found the house I wanted is when Bekah really went to work. Bekah went out of her way to make the purchase seem almost effortlessly, making the sale possible.

I have known Bekah personally for years, having had the pleasure of working with her in a pre-realty position. Having an existing personal and past professional relationship with Bekah, and being familiar with her work ethic and attention to detail, I had zero hesitation entrusting her with the sale of our home and the purchase of a new construction home. Bekah was beyond attentive and knowledgeable while assisting us with both processes, and we are grateful to have her as an ongoing resource whenever needed – including post-deal. Not only did she know the market and exhibit professionalism and confidence when dealing with other agents, but she made sure we were in-the-know at all times and understood every step along the way. She also made herself available to us and to prospective buyers at a moment’s notice. We were in contract within five days of listing on the Friday before a holiday weekend, and our transaction closed on time without a single hiccup.
