Bela Sipos

Manager of Reinhart Commercial, Bela Sipos has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience in the Ann Arbor region. He holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation, held by just 5% of real estate practitioners nationwide.

Bela specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial property, including office, retail, industrial, and vacant land throughout Ann Arbor and the surrounding communities. He has participated in site selection and development both in Washtenaw County and elsewhere in southeast Michigan. He also currently manages a portfolio of over 80,000 square feet of office and retail space.

Bela is past President and a current board member of the Ann Arbor Kiwanis Morning Edition, serving children in Washtenaw County and around the world. In addition, He is also a member of the Ann Arbor Bicycling Tour Society and a co-founder of the 2nd Tuesday riders.
