Google should find a way to pin reviews because I’m telling you this is one you’re going to want to read !!!! You do not need to look any further for your realtor needs, I promise! With Belief, you will be able to purchase the home of your dreams. Belief has years of experience in real estate and it shines through her ability to keep everyone engaged, her knowledge, and her confidence. She has been an exceptional realtor throughout my home buying process in one of the busiest markets. She was punctual, engaging, transparent and always kept me in the loop. I always felt like my best interest was at heart when working with her. She’s super low pressure but also engaging enough to where you feel extra supported. I could reach out to her at any time of day and be confident that she would respond to anything and anyone promptly. She also has really great taste in the homes she showed, offering advice on how something can be improved or whether or not a house was a great deal or overpriced. It felt like I had someone in my corner the entire time, and not someone who didn’t care what I ended up in as long as she made a sale unlike a lot of other realtors, unfortunately.

In this competitive market where several offers are being made on one home, you need a realtor that’s going to represent you in the best manner. Your realtor is a representation of you as a buyer, so you need someone who can put together an attractive portfolio for you to gain the seller’s attention. You need someone who will act strategically to make you stand out, advocate for you, and offer smart advice to get you the deal you want. That is Belief 1000% of the way. Everyone involved in the transaction from the lender to the attorney was also very pleased with the service Belief has provided. Thanks to her, I was able to close on my home earlier than predicted and save thousands on final costs.
