Highly likely to recommend 09/28/2015 - Bought a home in 2015 in Arsenal Hill, Columbia, SC 29202. I would recommend Phillip to anybody looking to sell or buy a home in the Beaufort market. 06/22/2015 - Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $225K in Beaufort, SC. We could not be more happy! When we started looking we really had little knowledge of the area but thought it would be a good place to retire. By the time Phil told us all about the area we were sure of it. We live in Northern Virginia and did not have a lot of time to look on trips we could make there, but it sure did not make a difference. On our second trip to the area Phil had a good idea what we wanted an clear enough showed us our dream house.Then did all the work to make it happen! We are truly thankful for all his hard work!!!
