Belinda Bishop is a licensed Realtor® with Coastal Properties Group International, an affiliate of Christie’s International, which is a prominent luxury properties invitation-only brokerage. Born and raised in Tampa, Belinda comes from a family of native Floridians and has a deep passion and love for the area. In 1982, she decided to leave a successful sales career to pursue a profession she was passionate about: Real Estate.
Belinda began selling and investing in Tampa Bay real estate soon after launching her career. After a move to Atlanta and continuing her real estate success there, she moved back to the Tampa Bay area in 2002 and picked up right where she left off. Belinda has been consistently ranked in the top 100 agents in Pinellas County, which is a testament to her drive, abilities, and work ethic.
A strong proponent of continuing education, Belinda is always on the lookout for new ways to learn and improve, so she can offer the absolute best services to her clients. Currently, she holds several professional certifications:

Determined to add yet another valuable service to her repertoire, she founded Gold Star Staging, LLC. This company provides free home staging services to Belinda’s clients, but is not open to the general public. As an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), she gives you the competitive edge with expert advice on how to be sure your home is presented in the best possible light for a quick and profitable sale.
Belinda lives on the beautiful white sand of Clearwater Beach, and continually falls in love with the area where she was born. She has a love and passion for helping people and works hard to assure every step of the process goes as smoothly as possible for you. She is a seasoned and trained negotiator who will get you the most money for the property you sell and the best price for the property you purchase.
