My wife and I had an opportunity to purchase a property but we were kind of unprepared. It was our first time buying and we didn't know what we should be doing or what to expect. Ben walked us through the whole process advising us what we should be doing and answering any questions we had along the way. With his help we were able to close escrow and now own our first home! Ben made the whole process seem a lot less overwhelming and his constant communication helped us make sure we weren't missing any of the important dates or details.

Ben was an amazing resource throughout my entire home search during the worst/hottest market I’ve ever been through. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, communicative, and most notably, patient with me. I was constantly sending him properties that I was interested in and he would always be super responsive & timely in scheduling our showings and drafting up & submitting the offers. His expertise and insight not only helped me land my dream home but ended up saving me about $20K on the accepted offer!!! He also referred me to an awesome local mortgage lender and great home inspector. Ben was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. He helped me buy my house, and several years later he sold the same house. In the buying process, he was super flexible and showed me houses at times that fit in my busy schedule and was very patient with my particular needs/wants. The house I ended up purchasing was one he knew would be coming on the market and told me about several times over a couple months, as I wasn’t thrilled with anything available. I was doubtful, but Ben knew my taste and needs and was totally right; the second I walked in I knew it was the one for me. He made the negotiation and buying process easy and streamlined. I was very impressed by how something that is such a hard and daunting process such as selling and then buying a house was made so easy. I could never have completed this transaction without the help of Ben Anderson and will be forever grateful. We were in a time crunch to move to a larger house as we are expecting a new member of our family in 2.5 months after finding our house to purchase. Ben was able to generate 21 offers in a week and we settled on the buyers we thought would enjoy the property best. He was also able to allow us to stay in the house for a few weeks, allowing us not to be homeless after we sold. I would never think about going with another broker to help me buy or sell my house.
