Ben Caldwell

Hi I'm Ben Caldwell and I was born in Roanoke, VA. When I was 19 I started working for the Virginia State Police and retired in 2021. During that time I also found my passion for selling real estate. Cheryl Ham asked me to join her team in 2010 and I haven't looked back since. During that time I earned my GRI and brokers license. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a Realtor and working as part of the Cheryl Ham Team. When I am not selling houses, you can find me driving a truck delivering goods. Most of my free time is spent with my 6 grandkids who mean the world to me. I enjoy sports and serve as an off- ice official for the Roanoke Rail Yard. Dogs which support Roanoke Valley Youth Hockey.
