Prior to entering the real estate industry, Ben attended the University of Washington. At age 22, he began managing political campaigns & was hired as a consultant by political candidates. After four campaigns, Ben decided to pursue a career in real estate.

Ben Eklund has been a licensed Real Estate Professional since 2004. He strives to show his strong work ethic, commitment, integrity, knowledge, good communication & other important characteristics through his actions, when working with his clients. In a relatively short time, Ben has accomplished a considerable amount within the real estate industry. The ability to be successful today has much to do with the opportunities & experiences from the past.

Ben has experience working with: New construction & resale homes, investment properties, first-time home buyers, vacant land, estate sales, 1031 exchanges, a "Street of Dreams" home/builder, waterfront properties, commercial properties, multi-family, condominiums, manufactured homes, REO properties & short sales. He has also negotiated & executed residential and commercial leases.

Throughout his career, Ben has branched out into many different aspects and areas (King, Pierce, Snohomish, Thurston, Grays Harbor & Yakima Counties) of Washington State’s real estate industry – he is not a one dimensional real estate agent. Ben constantly strives to learn from his life and working experiences to better serve his clients, to meet and exceed their expectations & accomplish their real estate goals. Being successful in this approach has been an asset to Ben’s clients & him, building long-term business relationships that are mutually beneficial.
