Ben has been a friend of mine for years so it just made sense to use him as our realtor when we purchased our first home. He made things easy. He was always on top of everything and answered any questions we had. I would give him a 10 out of 10.

We originally wanted to save as much as we could, so we tried to sell our home on our own for around a month. After dealing with multiple issues, we decided to contact Ben about listing our home. He was super quick to get the ball rolling for the sale. He listed our home on Friday morning, had us a showings at noon and 4pm that day. By 5:30, he had us two offers!! Ben handled everything for us. All we had to do was sign the papers. Completely stress free experience. We would highly recommend Ben to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!!
