About Ben

Ben Greenspan is a Long Island native. Originally from Plainview, then Bayshore and presently in Glen Cove, Ben has a unique understanding of the Long Island Real Estate Market. A full time realtor since 2008, buyers and sellers alike find it reassuring to work with this gentleman who does not know the word no. He is the consummate deal maker and is continuously looking out for his client’s best interest. The word lazy is not part of Ben’s vocabulary. Prior to coming into Real Estate, Ben owned & ran a successful Engraving company for 30+ years with a staff of over 50. Through this, he learned the art of negotiation, marketing, finance and many other valuable skills that enabled him to be successful in the Real Estate business.
Ben prides himself on being able to find the right home for his clients. That means he never gives up. Whether it takes seeing 5 homes or 100, Ben will work tirelessly to find the “right” home and then successfully negotiate the best price and terms.
