Ben’s unique experience of eight years in residential lending followed by seven years in business mergers and acquisitions provide him with a valuable background for assisting clients in life’s big moments. A lifetime resident of the Shenandoah Valley, Ben is knowledgeable, resourceful, and well connected in a community he knows and loves. He is thankful to have inherited his passion for real estate from not one, but both of his grandfathers, who were well known Realtors in the Valley for more than 50 years. Ben graduated from Roanoke College in 2001 where met his wife, Priscilla, who serves as a realtor and marketing manager for Nest Realty as well. A "Valley Transplant" from Warrenton, VA, Priscilla has lived in Augusta County for over 20 years with a background in teaching, blogging, marketing and entrepreneurship. She also has an eye for interior design and a love for old homes. Together the Haltermans have three wonderful children. They enjoy being outside with friends taking in a concert, sporting event, festival, or any other social event. They love to devote time in the community through their church and the nonprofit, Generations Hope, where Priscilla serves as director.
