Ben was my agent for the purchase of my and my wife's dream home in 2016, and the sale of our existing home at the time. I met with Ben when the house we wanted to purchase came on the market, and I tasked Ben with negotiating a price significantly under the list price and also with selling my house for a certain price to make the transaction work for us. Ben not only delivered on the target prices I gave him, but actually beat my target prices and set a record for sale price in my neighborhood! Ben also made the process easy. Buying and selling at the same time can be very stressful, and Ben was great to deal with in the process and very responsive at all times. I do not plan to move for a very long time, but if I ever had to work with another agent, I would absolutely use Ben again.

Ben was outstanding to work with. It was evident from every conversation that his sole focus was our best interest. Unlike so many broker experiences we’ve had, his process was never about a sale or a commission. It was about ensuring that our family have no regrets while making such a big decision. My wife and I called Ben with house after house that we were prepared to bid on and we thought may be the "right one". For each home that he did not think was perfect for us he talked through the pros and cons, and suggested why we should wait, despite that response creating far more work and time needed from him before a closing could occur. When the right home listed he helped us move quickly and with creativity in order to take it off the market amidst other bidders. Ben’s work and resources behind the scenes were also critical for our purchase. After closing our purchase he sold our prior home with the same ethos. He has continued to be a friend and great resource. We'd definitely use him again.

EXCELLENT! I don't even know where to start... Ben made the whole process a breeze and went above and beyond the call. He was at the city first thing in the morn checking on permits, organized everything that had to do with the sale without a hitch, and kept a clear line of communication between the sellers and I the entire time . His extensive knowledge of the local area was a great help with understanding comparative properties in the area and helped me to realize that the place I ended up with was right for my needs. Great guy, great attitude, go with Ben and you won't regret it.

And he demonstrated admirable patience and calm as together we cycled through all of those options, in a very competitive marketplace.

Through Ben’s knowledge of the North County real estate market and the home-buying process, as well as his well-developed list of industry contacts, we were able to find a great home for a great price.

We contacted Ben initially based on friend recommendations, and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the process. While the process of homebuying was much more difficult than we’d imagined, based on the levels of competitiveness, Ben gave us excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes that we looked at. Particular high points were helping us negotiate our bidding efforts by truly understanding the selling motivations of the seller, and in helping us find ways to make competitive offers in a market where we were regularly outbid by many tens of thousands over the asking prices. I hope we’re in our new home for a long time, but if we were to move, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Ben again or give him anything but the highest recommendation.
