We met Ben and liked his personality right away. We had already appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was from multiple emails and phone conversations. My husband does his due diligence , and asks lots of questions! Since Ben lives in the city, he could really” walk the walk” so to speak.
Even with a planned vacation which included a big time difference, , Ben and his team were communicative and so very efficient.
He was a delight to look at homes with and we highly recommend him to anyone who wants a professional , easygoing and smart realtor . He really listened and found us a perfect place for us!

Ben was incredibly helpful as we navigated the tricky Philly market as first time homebuyers. He was tremendously patient with us and always receptive to our questions/concerns. We were searching remotely which added complexity and he was always able to accommodate our travel timing for viewings. He quickly got to know our priorities and was very honest when he felt a property wasn’t a good fit, which saved us a lot of time and frustration. Also we were always impressed by how clean he kept his car!
