Ben is one of the best real estate agents I have worked with – I have worked with many agents in the past in different markets. He is very proactive and constructive in his suggestions. During the Selling process many times we had asked him to do something but he either already did it or was in the process doing it. We felt like he was looking out for our best interest throughout the whole process. He really understands the market very well and any Buyer or Seller would be lucky to have him as a partner / agent throughout the process.

Ben and Maria were great communicators and very responsive throughout the entire sale. If you want an agent that is knowledgeable, insightful, and understands the market, then I would highly recommend working with Ben.

Working with Ben was awesome. We interviewed several agents and the main takeaway we got from our interview with Ben was that he was authentic, upfront, and most importantly made us feel comfortable to work with him and that he was going to put our interests first over making a quick sale. He never tried to upsell us on anything and did not try to spin it into representing us or having his firm represent us for our home BUYING search, and only focused on SELLING our unit which meant a lot to us.

Our average selling time projection based on comps was 90 days. Ben got our unit sold in 14 days!

Ben and Maria were great communicating with us and were very responsive and helpful and made the process for a first time seller simple and stress free. If you want to have your mind put at ease and know you are in great hands, then I highly recommend working with Ben.

Ben Hoosen-Jones sold our Philadelphia condominium in 20 days! We had superb traffic for both private and open house showings plus we didn’t need to reduce the price. That’s especially impressive considering today’s economic climate and condominiums usually take much longer to sell. Almost any realtor can help you find a property to buy but it takes a truly talented one to sell your residence successfully.

Ben gave us excellent advice on how to prep our condo and what not to spend money on to prep our place for market. He actually saved us money.

When we got the offer I was surprised by the aggressive counter offer he suggested but the buyer accepted it. This was the smoothest real estate transaction I’ve ever been involved in thanks to Ben and his team support at The McCann Group.

My wife and I have a house and live in California. When our lovely granddaughter was born, we made the decision this February to go “bi-coastal” and buy a house in Philadelphia to spend more time with her and be a part of her childhood. We had no knowledge of the real estate situation in Philly and brought with us a checklist of common and not so common needs and criterion – safety; sufficient living space (to accommodate my granddaughter, her parents and us when we visit); good school district; optimal commute to work; great neighborhood; proximity to shopping, services, activities; walkability; and of course, properties that are within our budget. We also had a time limit on finding a house that met the above criteria as my son and his partner’s rental lease terminates in July.
As we were doing the house search long distance, we knew we needed a knowledgeable, experienced realtor we could trust to guide us in our search with the short time and established budget. Ben is a hugely personable guy. Made the whole process simple, exciting and less stressful. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home! Plus he’s a Brit so what’s not to love!
