Ben (from the seller side) was extremely pleasant to work with, he listens to all your concerns and needs and provides accurate and detailed information through the whole process, guiding you the whole way. If you have ideas about how you want your listing to look, he listens and implements what you want instead of just posting the listing as he wants it. He hires only the best photographer/videographer for your listing and does a fantastic job representing your listing on the MLS , social media and everywhere. If you want to be less involved and want him to take the reins he can do that too and you can trust he will make your listing stand out! He is so kind and patient with everyone. He will text you back and calls back and doesn’t ignore you when you need answers. He gets your property SOLD!

If you are looking for a listing (from the buyer side) Ben is the one to get as well. Again he listens to what you want and goes after it. His goal, is truly to help people find the home of their dreams. He will give you times he can show properties and doesn’t make you feel like a number (he doesn’t rush you through a house) he tells you up front when he has another client behind you, which so many realtors fail to do, they just rush you. Again his personality and service in this area is top notch.

If your looking for a realtor that actually cares and genuinely wants to help you through the selling or buying process then Ben is your guy! My wife and I had never sold a house before and he literally walked us through the whole process! Not to mention I blew his phone up constantly lol he was soo patient and I wouldn't have rather had any other realtor help us!!

Caring and Attentive Agent
I was thrilled when a friend told me of their professional and quick success with using Ben Jimmerson as their real estate agent. This friend had been through two contracts and had just listed their house for sale by owner. They found out about Ben, listed with Ben and then had a contract within a month.
Knowing so many people in Dothan, I was struggling with who we would use to list our house. After hearing my friend had such a positive experience with Ben, I called him and we discussed our goals and listed our house. We had a contract within a month.
During this process, we learned what a GREAT GUY he is. He is very progressive, professional and big proponent of small businesses in and around the Wiregrass area. He is super supportive and connected with veterans from all over.
I do not hesitate to recommend Ben Jimmerson, his agency, and team for any of your real estate needs. I have used him for buying and selling. I have sent him several referrals that had immediate success as we did.

In it for the long haul
Our home buying experience was quite a long time, like longer than 2 years. In that time Ben not only showed up upwards of 20-30 houses some multiple times, he put in several offers that didn’t work out, and managed to deal with our frustrations with compassion, persistence, understanding and knowledge that in the end yielded us a beautiful home our family can enjoy for years to come.

We selected Ben to represent us after three other agents flat out failed us. If you want an agent (like my previous agents)who sticks a ‘for sale’ sign in the yard, lists the property on MLS and then prays for a sale; then Ben is not your agent.

He actually had a thoughtful plan for selling our home, and he executed that plan. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes he sold, how long listings in the area typically stay on the market, and he maximizes social media to get the property out there. We were concerned that our house, which was located pretty far out in the country would be tough to sell.

Ben made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (at least my previous agents didn’t make), like having a professional come take photograph, and made use of a drone video that was simply fantastic and a lot more.

He showed our home more than any of our other agents and the house sold it within 100 days, even after it was on the market for nearly 15 months! His expertise in staging the home was a tremendous help and we thoroughly enjoyed working with his team!!!

When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition.

I've recommended the Ben Jimmerson to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

My only regret was not listing the home with him from the beginning. Believe me when I say that, he could have saved me thousands of dollars.

It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. Remember Ben, don't ever complacent, complacency kills.
