About Ben

As a second generation Realtor, I joke with my clients that I learned to walk at walk-throughs. My mother, Memorie Munson, was licensed in 1978 and has been a top producer ever since. After graduating from the Rochester Institute of Technology in NY with a degree in Finance, I worked in wealth management and business consulting before entering real estate. In 2005 I received my real estate license in NY and soon after co-founded an apartment listing service, Newdigs.com. In 2012 I moved to Williamsburg, VA to partner with Memorie and launch the Memorie Group to better serve families in eastern Virginia. As a father, home owner and real estate investor I know how important home ownership and the costs associated with it can be for a family. As a team, we strive to take 'full service' representation to the next level. We help clients stage homes, select and manage contractors, make investment decisions, facilitate purchase and sale transactions, and professionally market their biggest asset. I can't say enough good things about Ben and Nici at Memorie. From the minute I wandered into his shop, I was in great hands. He was patient and knowledgeable, and waylaid a lot of concerns of mine with respect to a new area I was unfamiliar with. He stayed personally involved throughout and was able to arrange for contractors to come as well during the process. Both he and Nici were always reachable which I really appreciated, and have both remained helpful long after closing. This team is amazing and a delight to work with!!
