Ben was the perfect agent for us We we’re out of state buyers . He started feeding me houses two months before my trip up to buy. This gave me a chance to get the lay of the land. Once my daughter and I arrived he showed us 30 houses in three and a half days. We bid on two and had an offer accepted. His referral to the lender was spot on. We found and closed in five weeks. Ben was patient with our requests, not at all pushy, pointing out potential issues where he knew our concerns were. He is ethical, punctual, does what he says, responds to calls and has good contact for referrals in the community. If you want a nice person, who doesn’t push, but helps Ben is your agent. If we buy again it will be with the help of Ben.

We found Ben simply by luck. We did an internet search and he happened to be the Realtor that popped up. We had no idea how lucky we got. We worked with Ben remotely for 6 months before we were able to travel to McMinnville and meet him in person. He was attentive and gracious and always willing to show us "one more house". We were only able to make one trip to physically see houses, so we took several, if not many, virtual tours.
