Born and raised in San Clemente, CA by way of Texas, Ben has an effective combination of southern hospitality and sheer tenacity for all things Real Estate. He served as VP of Operations for an Orange County based Real Estate Investment firm, earning him extensive knowledge in the art of investment, construction, design, staging and marketing. Throughout the last decade he has been directly involved in the purchase and sale of over $200 Million in Real Estate transactions.

Ben truly understands that buying or selling a home will be one of the most important decisions you will make. Client wishes and needs are first and foremost while establishing a long-term relationship built on truth and radical transparency. When he is not eating, sleeping, and breathing Real Estate you can find him running marathons, surfing, and performing stand-up comedy.
