Ben Schuyler

I am the Broker in Charge and General Manager for Seabrook Island Real Estate, with over 23 years
of experience in the real estate industry.

Growing up with Seabrook Island as my backdrop, I have many cherished memories as my family
are previous property owners, and we spent many summers here. In my position, my vision is to
achieve transformative growth and enhanced living experiences for residents and guests alike. I aim
to lead with innovation, empathy, and a strategic approach to community development, leveraging
my professional expertise and personal passion for Seabrook Island.

I began my career in residential real estate in 2001 and have since been a Broker in Charge of
several real estate companies that serve the greater Charleston, SC, area. My extensive experience
has provided numerous clients with knowledge, expertise, and unparalleled passion for the field. In
addition to helping clients buy and sell homes, I am exceptional at coaching and problem-solving
skills. I strive to make each transaction smooth and stress-free for the agents I supervise.
