Ben Sierpina

Ben specializes in the sale of multifamily investment properties with a core focus in San Diego’s most premium neighborhoods, as well as the facilitation of seamless transactions involving complex 1031 exchanges. Having previous experience in commercial concrete construction and a wide range of outbound sales positions, Ben understands that persistence is a key element to success. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Ben moved to San Diego to attend the University of San Diego and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. He joined the Marcus & Millichap team and began building strong investor and owner relationships through his professional advisory knowledge as well as the goal of constantly improving his clients’ positions. As a Senior Associate, Ben continues to thrive in the San Diego brokerage community having dealt with a transactional volume of over $42 million in the past year alone.
