Ben Soto came highly recommended, an did a tremendous job for me. It was not the easiest of situations, selling my home within a narrow window so I could purchase the next home in a different location, and yet he got me a great sales price, and was always there for me when my nerves got the best of me or I had questions. He is excellent at what he does, and is charming and kind at the same time. Thank you Ben! What would I have done without you?

Ben was the best of the best! We have never had such an amazing experience buying a house! He was well organized, super responsive, and just made us feel comfortable during the whole process. He kept a timeline for us, to keep up with deadlines, which was really helpful! All of the people he recommended for inspections were very professional and thorough! Ben was great to work with! I've been through many real estate transactions. I was impressed with his up to date technology that kept me updated on our progress every step of the way. I never had to guess where we stood on things. He was always available when I needed to speak with him personally. He's knowledgeable on all related matters. Never had to get back to me with answers because he already knew.

This particular transaction was a little complicated due to my previous out of state house getting delayed. Ben was involved every step of the way. He worked with my other realtor to get the job done.
I would absolutely use him again for my next transaction.

As a first time homebuyer, I had a LOT of reservations about the process. Ben was a dream come true. He is an expert at real estate - always pointing things out I never would've thought of at each property we saw and helping me weigh my options. Every step of the way he was there, working around the clock to make sure closing went smoothly with a buyer that was anxious to get closed in under 25 days. Even after closing, Ben was still available at a moment's notice with answers to any questions I had. Definitely recommend!
