About Ben

Originally from Londonderry, Ben has made the White Mountains his home since 1997. His 20 plus years
as a bartender at the Woodstock Station and CJ’s resulted in his developing relationships with the local
residents and business owners as well as regular visitors to the area.
Ben began his career in real estate as an investor. His knowledge of the area and shrewd business sense
contributed to his ability to create a successful rental investment portfolio and encouraged him to
expand his knowledge and expertise in to other areas of the local real estate market.
Ben’s friendly demeanor and his dedication to providing superior customer service for his clients have
given Ben an excellent reputation amongst his clients and in the local community.
In addition to real estate, some of Ben’s other interests include riding his Harley and rooting for the Pats!

Worked with Ben for probably 2 years while finding our place in NH. After 2 or 3 unsuccessful relationships with agents in the area, Ben was by far the best and most helpful. He stuck with us and worked tirelessly to help us navigate every step of the process.

Ben was very helpful when it came time to sell our home. We sold while we were out of the area. All transactions, except for closing, was done remotely. As we didn't expect to sell while away the house was not what you'd consider ready to show. Ben took over and told us not to worry he'd take care of everything. He did a spectacular job. We sold within days. I've recommended him to others and he is presently looking for the piece of land for us to build on.
