Ben is originally from Louisville, KY. He moved to Middle Tennessee in 1999 to start his family and career. In 2003, he became a Real Estate Partner in a local firm. After several years, branched out and started his own firm, Team Wilson Real Estate Partners, and Property Managing Company. Living life alongside his business partner, Blake Berry, they started a title company, Wilson Berry Title, and Escrow in 2020. In 2021, he started an Investment & Asset Management Firm, 615 Property Investment Group who he owns with a business partner, Chad King. Those 3 businesses are at the heart of who Ben is and brings the whole real estate experience and makes it full circle: from buying, selling, investing, managing, renting, to closing. It makes the experience a one stop engagement.
Ben married Whitney in 1999. They have 2 kids, Gavin, and Grace. They live in Mount Juliet, TN just outside of Nashville. He enjoys watching his kids find and pursue their passions as they grow, change and mature into beautiful and impactful adults.
Ben actively serves on the leadership and a Trustee at his church, and is an active member on several advisory boards both local non-profits and banks.
