Beni Rich

Ms. Rich joined Seefried Properties in January 2024, assuming the role of Development Services Coordinator. Based in Phoenix, her responsibilities include coordination of due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions including title and survey review, contract management, zoning, and entitlements. She also ensures seamless project accounting and adherence to insurance requirements from construction commencement to project completion.

Prior to joining Seefried, Ms. Rich worked as a Project Coordinator, where she collaborated closely with numerous key clients throughout various phases of commercial real estate development. Her duties involved working among consultants, contactors, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, regulatory authorities, and inspectors to acquire designs, approvals, and release of permits. Additionally, she played a role in cost analysis, budgeting, and implanting cost-saving initiatives. Before that, Ms. Rich amassed over 20 years of experience as an Accountant, overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate development ventures.
