This is not for me, it was for my mother. When my father passed away, mom could no longer live alone and needed to live in a good facility. Once we found her a place the decision, although hard, but selling my parents home was a very large undertaking and very emotional. Benita was helpful and I am sure that if mom could express her gratitude, it would be a big thank you. The transition had its ups and downs but we made it happen and that is the importance. My family is grateful for all the help and the amount of work that went to getting us to settlement in time.

It was such a pleasure having Benita as our realtor. This was our first time purchasing a home and while we were nervous about the market, Benita did not waste any time. We could shoot her a text at any given time and Benita responded seconds later. Not only was this process super smooth because of her, Benita was honest and did not allow us to make any bad decisions on her account. We trusted her beginning to end. Benita was a angel sent. She is extremely knowledgeable in absolutely every aspect of buying a home. If she doesn’t have suggestions for something to help (Which theres nothing she doesn’t seem to not know from construction to plumbing citations) she knows who direct you to for the answers to get things done. She explains EVERYTHING so you understand and that was a big thing with us being first time buyers and not knowing a whole lot. She has a beautiful motherly way and is always looking out for your best interests. We would highly recommend her.

Benita is all you can ask for in a realtor, and will be a good friend as well. We met Benita when we were shopping for our first home, going to open houses. She helped us in buying a home, then recently, helped us sell it and buy the home were in now. She has been very helpful to us and will make the process of home buying a lot less stressful. She will also help with things outside of home buying, such as finding a good contractor. I don't think you you'll find a better realtor!
