My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Ben when buying our new home. Ben was very knowledgeable about the whole buying process and the areas in which we were looking to buy.
Even though we picked probably the craziest time ever to buy a new home, given the market conditions, Ben kept a very close eye on new listings and was very flexible when scheduling viewings. This ultra-competitive market also meant that we had to be very quick about making decisions and making offers. I really appreciated Ben's calm and cheerful demeanor while helping us to make stressful decisions. I even had him writing an offer at 9 pm one night and he didn't bat an eye (although he may not want me telling other people about that).
I was also impressed by his acumen when helping us to decide on an offer price. The first house we put an offer on was ultimately not accepted because we were up against an all cash buyer, but I kept tabs on that property and when it sold, the sale price was identical to what Ben had suggested we offer.
I also have to give a shout out to the loan officer that Ben personally recommended. These two both went above and beyond and worked really well together!
I would definitely work with Ben again in the future should the need arise and will recommend him to others as well.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Ben for the purchase of our new home. We had a very strict set of somewhat unconventional requirements for what we were looking for in a home. Many of these requirements we considered to be non-negotiable, which understandably makes us "difficult" buyers.
Ben diligently worked to identify several candidate homes, all of which met our strict prerequisites. Despite the COVID-19 situation going on at the time, Ben was able to schedule virtual showings quickly. After each showing, he got feedback on our specific thoughts to more personally tune his searches. With this process, we were able to identify a couple of candidates to pursue further. Once we decided on a home we wanted to move forward with, Ben quickly arranged for an in-person tour, and came prepared with PPE and cleaning supplies for our safety.
When the time came for an offer, Ben used his detailed knowledge of the area and local market to provide us with advice on how to proceed. This ultimately resulted in our offer being accepted, despite an unexpected amount of competition. Once the purchase agreement was accepted, he quickly worked with our attorney, inspectors, repair professionals, appraisers, and the seller's agents to get concessions handled and final negotiations completed. Ultimately, Ben's tactics resulted in a purchase price and terms that were very favorable.
Our closing process, while initially straightforward despite being remote, ran into an unfortunate delay due to an issue with paperwork from the title company. In addition, there was another small personal property issue at the residence that required repair. Despite this, Ben worked with our attorney to push for quick resolution as our negotiator and advocate.
Ben's attention to the needs of his clients is second to none, and he went the extra mile to ensure that our needs were met. We're definitely glad we chose to work with Ben as a buyer, and if/when we do chose to sell, I'll definitely be enlisting Ben's expertise to find the next owner.
