Let me start by saying I leave reviews based on pros and cons of my experiences. Let's start with the PROS: Ben was proactive, professional, communicative, provided sound and actionable advice that made sense that kept the process going. Now for the CONS, wait for it, absolutely NO negative experiences at all. I have been through dozens of real estate transactions and none have gone this smoothly thanks to his approach and style. I couldn't recommend Ben enough to help manage the sale of your property. If I could give him 6, 7 or even 10 stars, I would. But Google won't let me.

We worked with Ben to buy our first home, and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor, in a difficult time to be first-time buyers. We're a family of four and had an outstanding experience buying our first home with Benjamin Bow. I first met Ben in 2014 which was well before our home search began. At that time we didn't live in Colorado, but Ben always made himself available to answer questions or talk real estate. You'll be hard-pressed to find someone more genuine. Eventually, our jobs took us to Denver and as we made our way out of the pandemic we started our first home search. Ben was instrumental in helping us find the right house in an incredibly challenging housing market. As a busy family of four and two working parents we often had to give Ben short-notice requests to see listings. Ben always found a way to accommodate our needs. I know this must have created some hardships for him, but he never once let us down. Whenever we viewed a listing with Ben he had an excellent eye for finding potential concerns within each home. Ben's dedication to my family was evident in his immense work and mountains of patience to see us through to a successful home purchase. Ben and his team truly put all of my anxieties at ease and made the whole process not only smooth, but actually enjoyable! We got a recommendation for Ben as our realtor from a friend. He did great and we couldn’t of asked for more. If we saw a house on our own and wanted a showing, we txted him regardless of the day and time (he answered and set up and appt on his daughters bday even - housing marker waits for no one). We found 3 houses we liked over the 4 month journey. First two didn’t workout out just due to the Colorado bidding market. 3rd was our dream house and very happy we didn’t close on the first two. I cannot say enough about how down to earth he is and how he made the entire process of selling and buying a new home so simple. He has such a warm, laid-back personality which allows the process to be comfortable and relaxing. However, make no mistake, he is ON TOP OF IT when you are ready to make an offer or need to negotiate terms. Ben will make himself available, or designate a team member, to meet with you on your schedule, which was awesome since my husband and I are both working parents. Working with Ben was great. Throughout the whole buying process, we felt that he was extremely knowledgable (knew the answers to all of our questions – or found them out for us very quickly), accessible (easy to get in touch with), and most importantly, we always felt that he was on our side. He would point out faults – not just positives, would recommend negotiating tactics to achieve our end goal and would go to bat for us communicating our wishes with the seller's realtor.

Just important as the above, Ben is very laid-back and fun to work with, making the whole process less stressful and fun. I would absolutely recommend Ben for either buying or selling your property, and have already recommended him to our friends/coworkers.
