Optimum Real Estate (Ben) is fantastic. Purchased my first home in a very competitive Ann Arbor market. Nearly every home in my price range that came on the market at that time went for over asking and cash. Ben not only showed me a ton of houses, but he was really great at sending me every new home that came on the market and met my criteria as soon as it was up. Ben showed me a home on a weekday morning in the middle of a huge snow storm because that was the only time I could make. Ultimately, I ended up relying on Ben when it came to making the final offer on the home I eventually purchased. Given the market and other competing offers, I relied on Ben to guide me through the offer process and subsequent negotiation (knowing that there were back up offers). Now that I’m in my home, I am making the improvements and changes that Ben had a eye for. Where the house wasn’t perfect, Ben saw possibility. I love my house. Can’t say enough good things about Ben. When I needed a referral (inspection, repair, etc.), he had one. Really great experience with Optimum.

My husband and I started to look to buy a house earlier this year and are so glad we had Ben on our side. Our search kicked off in the middle of the pandemic and Ben always arrive to showings prepared with masks and disinfectant wipes. He sent new homes to us constantly, even before I would see them on sites like Zillow.

I can't count how many house Ben showed us during this time, but he always made time for us even if it was to see one house on a random weekday. We were unsure of where we wanted to purchase a house, and he took us every where from Royal Oak and Ferndale all the way to Commerce. He was never pushy, but always honest when it came to the houses we were looking at. It was our first time buying a house and he brought up things about the houses that we never even considered.

He made the stressful process of buying a house a lot easier. Having someone on your side who is knowledgeable makes it a lot more enjoyable.

We've been in our home for a couple months now and are recommending Optimum Real Estate to everyone who is looking to buy or sell their home!

Words cannot describe the service that Ben and Optimum Real Estate provided for my wife and I. He took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted in a home. There were days where we would see 4-6 houses a day before we found the perfect home. I highly recommend Ben for your house searching needs. Fantastic guy and fantastic experience. He’s the one and only option as far as a real estate agent.
