Benjamin Geanetta was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. After 30 years of living in a microwave, his family and he decided they needed a change. They came across Northern Idaho and fell in love with the scenic views, outdoor activities, and most of all the wonderful community.
Benjamin spent the first part of his career in law enforcement, completing 10.5 years with the Phoenix Police Department. He decided a career change was needed as he wanted to take advantage of what Northern Idaho had to offer, but most of all, he wanted to spend more time with his wife and their four kids.
Away from work, Benjamin loves to stay busy with outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, skiing, and playing hide-n-seek with his kids. Currently, his wife and he are in the process of starting a hobby farm as they are very interested in producing more of their own food.
As a real estate agent, Benjamin believes it is essential to have strong communication skills, be prompt and responsive, be an active problem solver, and most importantly, understand the customers' needs. He is consistently looking for educational courses to keep up with technology advancements, changes in laws, and even changes within the industry itself.
Clients will find Benjamin to be very passionate, driven, energetic, and focused on going above and beyond for the needs of his clients. He could not imagine a better place to live or raise a family than Northern Idaho. Come visit and see for yourself.
