What can I say about Ben except that he's the best realtor I've ever seen in the world! I'm French, from France, and buying two investment properties in Birmingham wasn't easy for me. But with Ben by my side, his professionalism, his knowledge of the market, and his relevant advices, I felt so confident! And even when his job was finished, he kept on helping me with the creation of my LLC, giving me contacts for the rehabs and for insurance (people I would also recommend to everyone because they are very trustworthy). On top of that, Ben is very patient, never pushy, and loves people. He's so nice that he became a friend.
