About Benjamin

Ben Krsnak is an Executive Vice President at Hempel, where he is instrumental in creating property enhancement and development strategy. Ben has over 15 years of experience working on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Past landlords and clients include REITs, hedgefunds, private equity investors, and private individuals. Current clients include Artis REIT, LS Capital, and MLG Capital. Since joining Hempel, Ben has been involved in development and leasing of more than one million square feet of real estate properties throughout the Twin Cities. His portfolio includes Class A CBD office, suburban office, retail, industrial, and undeveloped land.

Ben is a graduate of the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with majors in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Ben also earned his MBA from the Carlson School of Management. He is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA) ; the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP); and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR). Ben has completed multiple courses for his CCIM designation.
