About Benjamin
Ben Leavitt delivers a superlative real estate experience for his clients, both sellers and buyers. He believes that his relationships with his clients are the key to his success, and they often elect to work with him time and again because he consistently provides first-rate support and drives transactions to successful conclusions. Ben works with a diverse range of clients, from first-time home buyers to sellers with large and lucrative portfolios of real estate. All clients receive the same diligent service from Ben. He enjoys helping people reach their goals, whether that is buying a first home, selling a property for top dollar, or maximizing the growth of their real estate portfolio.
Ben truly believes in doing his homework. His advice is forthright and his negotiation skills are exemplary because he prepares himself for multiple contingencies and thoroughly studies the neighborhoods in which he works. Ben knows that it is only through deep knowledge of the market that he can advise his clients about their options. When working with Ben, it is instantly clear that he truly loves real estate. He has a great eye for design and an appreciation for aesthetics. He knows what many home improvements cost, and can connect buyers and sellers with outstanding area contractors who can help make a home shine for sale or make it feel like home when the buyers move in. Furthermore, he is plugged into a great network of lenders, real estate attorneys, and other vendors who help make a transaction run smoothly.
Ben has a bachelor of science in finance. Originally a Massachusetts native, Ben spent part of his childhood playing baseball in the cornfields of Iowa and called California home for many years where he snowboarded, enjoyed the outdoors, and worked in apparel where he began to build his sales skills. He loves running, biking, boating, reading new business books, fitness classes, and planning his next adventure with his wife Stephanie and his beloved Brittany spaniel, Huck.
Whether you are contemplating selling your home or wish to begin the search for your new home, get in touch with Ben. You will receive first-rate service, prompt communication, and tailored advice.
