Benjamin Morgridge

Helping people has been Ben’s passion for as long as he can remember. In high school, he would travel to the Appalachia region with his youth group and construct houses for people facing devastating circumstances. His Eagle Scout project was helping the U.S. soldiers overseas through a local non-profit, which fueled his desire to have a meaningful impact on this world. While studying at the University of Dayton, Ben fueled his passion by taking classes in and ultimately receiving a minor in Psychology, while obtaining his degree in marketing. Psychology, understanding behavior and reasoning, has helped him navigate and form critical relationships across diverse landscapes. His professional career has been about helping others. For the first 12 years, Ben focused his energy on supporting families in need of support at the Ronald McDonald House while their children were treated in the hospital. As of 2021, he decided to focus his energy as a real estate agent, helping his network with their real estate transactions, but never forgetting the importance of charity. He is proud to continue to support many local charities both financially and through volunteerism.
