I recently relocated to the area for a new job and had been searching unsuccessfully for 6 weeks to find a home to rent. I applied to multiple listing that I found on apartments.com, Zillow and other sites where I could find a rental that meet my needs and budget. I was assigned an agent to help with the search but was not making any progress.

Fortunately Mr. Benjamin Shaffer came to my rescue and was able to understand my requirement immediately. Then within a couple of days he was able to find several homes to show me by searching, speaking with other agents and actively exhausting all resources available. He went the extra mile by reaching out to home owners directly and guiding me through the rental application process here in California.

He actively helped me to prepare all the necessary documents, complete related forms and fulfill all requirements to act quickly. He made the extra effort to drive around during the search to meet with each potential home owner and/or listing agents to introduce me and get a fair chance. Within a week Ben was able to secure a lovely house that exceeded the expectations of both my wife and myself. He did all the preparations with me and today we able to sign the lease and end the search. Benjamin allowed me to contact him anytime during this period for help with fulfilling my requirements.

I recommend Mr. Benjamin Shaffer to all those folks who need help with any Real Estate needs, including rentals or purchases. He is an exceptional person, very honest, efficient and effective at helping people find the right homes even in a difficult market. He is definitely a people person and willing to help without hesitation.I will definitely use his services when I am ready to purchase a home here.

Ben's genuinely been a great agent for our search for a house. He's very personal about the attention he has given us and cares about helping us find the right home. Having worked with other agents, his motivation and attitude have been so refreshing—always reassuring us and not pressuring us to make rash decisions. Given the insanity the past year has been for the housing market, Ben has kept us informed with market research as well. We couldn't ask for a better agent.
