Ben Stein is a great real estate agent and an even better friend. Our most recent introduction was almost 3.5 years ago when I was working internationally and looking to purchase an investment property in Charleston, SC. Ben and I discovered a forgotten connection from Clemson years past and he has been amazing in his ability to balance genuine friendship with the often cutthroat world of real estate. Three years to the day that I first spoke to Ben via teleconference from halfway across the world, we closed on my property. This is a testament to his understanding that relationships are not disposable, whether they are professional or personal, and I would recommend Ben to anyone seeking first-class real estate services.
