Benjamin Whetstone

Ben found real estate like many, after several other careers. These include serving in the U.S. Army (Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom), working in the IT sector and even working on the streets of St. Petersburg as a police officer. These experiences exposed Ben to many different sectors and people from all walks of life, which has helped provide an even keeled, empathetic approach to working with his clients and the ability to get things done even when they are difficult.

Ben is the founder and leader of the South Shore Real Estate Team in the Tampa Bay Area and prides himself on helping real estate agents learn to productively engage with clients and create win-win outcomes for all parties involved in the transaction. He also is a real estate investor with several properties under ownership and he enjoys helping others benefit from the incredible opportunities that come from real estate investing.

Ben is married with two children and two beloved wiener dogs. He enjoys reading voraciously, driving his Tesla, traveling and a fine scotch occasionally.
