Benny has 40 years of Real Estate experience and has been in the Del Mar village for the last 20 years. As a result of his expertise in negotiations, financing, and property value, Benny is personally responsible for more than one thousand closed Real Estate transactions. His expertise includes single family homes, land tracks, and other aspects of real estate. Benny has received multiple awards as a top producer and continues to be at the top of the agents in the area. Before coming to the village, Benny spent 20 years in Toronto Canada. He successfully owned and operated Landman Realty where he had over sixty employees. Today Benny has a strong interest and knowledge in the Canadian market, he spends time there as he owns property and continues to travel there for business.
