Mr. Spensieri has been active in the Florida real estate market for over 20 years. Mr. Spensieri is the founder of CRES Corp International, primarily a commercial real estate brokerage that includes a high-end residential sector.

Mr. Spensieri moved to Tampa, Fl in 1999 to begin his career in Real Estate. Before moving to Florida and becoming involved in real estate, Mr. Spensieri served four years in the U.S. Marine Corp as a Military Police Officer and upon receiving an Honorable Discharge in 1989, began service as a police officer for the City of Havelock, NC for the next nine years.
