Having grown-up on a working cattle farm; been a competitive athlete of multiple disciplines; mastered all aspects of the fashion industry; owned a home furnishings/dry goods business; been Hospitality Chair for the local GCA affiliated garden club; offered landscape design, interior design and home staging services, Benson DuMaurier brings a unique perspective on living life well. In addition to these invaluable experiences and accomplishments, She and Noel have raised 4 children to young adulthood with aspiring goals in their education and careers.

Benson has spent a lifetime around land construction and ownership. She now has the opportunity to share her knowledge of design, culinary creations and ‘practical luxury’ with all of her clients. And yes, Benson believes luxury can be practical.

Benson’s father always said, ‘there is only so much dirt’ and ‘location, location, location’. She believes in the urbane and looks forward to getting her hands dirty digging into your real estate needs.
