I first moved to Los Angeles in 2004 and as a Philadelphia native, I quickly realized this new city was a giant classroom and I was the student. What has resonated most with me was the fact that despite its enormity, LA harbors countless unique neighborhoods within its borders. I fell in love with the idea that these various pockets existed and cultivated a passion for defining their differences through experiences within them and through the people who call them home. At the time I didn’t realize it, but I was creating the foundation for my career in real estate.
