I had seen one of Mrs. B’s listings a couple of years ago, but she wasn’t available at that time, so we never got to meet. When we needed a realtor this year, I remembered her. Something in me said to reach out, and my instinct pointed me in the right direction.

The market was difficult, and we were on a timeline. We needed to sell our home so we could use our VA loan for a new build we were buying. It was not a seller’s market, and the biggest challenge with our old house was parking. It was the very reason we wanted to move, but also the same reason buyers were hesitant.

Mrs. B was incredibly patient and dedicated. She held open houses several times a week, even when there were days no one showed up. I often told her she didn’t need to, but she insisted. Despite the challenges, she never gave up. In the end, everything came together at the perfect time.

I am so grateful for Mrs. B. Not only was she an amazing realtor, but she also became our friend. She helped ease so much of our stress throughout the process. Thank you, Mrs. B, for your hard work, faith, and kindness. You truly made this journey a blessing.

I've had the best experience dealing with mrs. B and her team from buying to selling a property. Recently, I had to sell my property in San Diego because I've decided to move back to the Philippines. My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Mrs. B. She helped us find our first home and made sure that we got the best deal possible. When we fell in love with our dream home and then heard the seller had just accepted another offer we were so deflated, but Mrs. B had the foresight to propose that we submit a backup offer just in case. What we like her the most also is she will fight for it as much as she can. She was amazing to work with and always available to answer questions 24/7 and always willing to do extra paperwork to be able to help us find the right mortgage company and better interest rate. She made sure that we were making the best decisions for our future and that’s what exactly happened.

Despite the impossible demands this brutal real estate climate has placed on her, she made herself available to us as much as we needed her and accommodated our endless questions and concerns. I saw Mrs.B one early morning already out and about, looking professional for a meeting. Then again, another day, she was in casual wear, like ready for errands. I got the chance to greet her and have a small talk with her. She shared that whenever she conducts open house or property-showings, she wanted to be hands-on with preparation and she makes sure that the place is ready and clean. She is the type of Real Estate agent, who will carry materials or equipment by herself, like a heavy signage without complain and will wear rain boots-on for a viewing in a construction site.
