If magic is real, Mrs. B is a true magician! As a military family stationed overseas, buying a house you want is incredibly difficult, and we thought it would be impossible. My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Mrs. B. She helped us find our first home and made sure that we got the best deal possible. When we fell in love with our dream home and then heard the seller had just accepted another offer we were so deflated, but Mrs. B had the foresight to propose that we submit a backup offer just in case. What we like her the most also is she will fight for it as much as she can. She was amazing to work with and always available to answer questions 24/7 and always willing to do extra paperwork to be able to help us find the right mortgage company and better interest rate. She made sure that we were making the best decisions for our future and that’s what exactly happened.

I saw Mrs.B one early morning already out and about, looking professional for a meeting. Then again, another day, she was in casual wear, like ready for errands. I got the chance to greet her and have a small talk with her. The best part about working with her was that she was always focused on answering our questions, giving good advices and most of all, she always wants to make sure were happy. Mrs. B was referred to us by one of our friends. And we couldn’t thank them enough!! Mrs. B is VERY professional, hands-on, and honest (very hard to find in our current real estate world) She will not tell you what you want to hear but what’s really happening. She’s very alert and responsive!! She sold our house in less than a month with just selected private viewing (in the middle of this pandemic). And we’re excited to move in to our new house thanks to her!! Love love working with her!
