I've had the best experience dealing with mrs. B and her team from buying to selling a property. Recently, I had to sell my property in San Diego because I've decided to move back to the Philippines. I wouldn't go into details on the process but I was already in the Philippines during the selling process. Due to different time zone and distance, I've already expected that it wouldn't be an easy transaction but mrs. B and her team is efficient and knew how to deal with the situation. Although my situation was unique and given the economic situation, mrs. B and her team was effective and creative in their work that we successfully sold my property within a month.
I would definitely work with mrs. B again in the future to buy a property and recommend her to anyone who's in the market of buying or selling a property.

If magic is real, Mrs. B is a true magician! As a military family stationed overseas, buying a house you want is incredibly difficult, and we thought it would be impossible. My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Mrs. B. She helped us find our first home and made sure that we got the best deal possible. When we fell in love with our dream home and then heard the seller had just accepted another offer we were so deflated, but Mrs. B had the foresight to propose that we submit a backup offer just in case. What we like her the most also is she will fight for it as much as she can. She was amazing to work with and always available to answer questions 24/7 and always willing to do extra paperwork to be able to help us find the right mortgage company and better interest rate. She made sure that we were making the best decisions for our future and that’s what exactly happened.

I saw Mrs.B one early morning already out and about, looking professional for a meeting. Then again, another day, she was in casual wear, like ready for errands. I got the chance to greet her and have a small talk with her. She shared that whenever she conducts open house or property-showings, she wanted to be hands-on with preparation and she makes sure that the place is ready and clean.
