My husband and I decided to relocate to Arizona from Hawaii and got Bernadette's contact information from a friend. It is amazing how it happened. We contacted Bernadette and had a zoom meeting to discuss our budget and what we were looking for. She connected us to a lender and was prequalified within minutes of completing the application. While I was visiting Arizona, we were able to look at two homes and made an offer on one of them. We closed in less than 30 days. Bernadette was our "tiger" through negotiations and she did it with kindness. We are very happy with the entire process. Now we have a beautiful home in Arizona! We highly recommend Bernadette for anyone who needs a realtor who will be on your side throughout the process!

Bernadette is AMAZING! She helped me purchase my first home many years ago and then recently helped me sell the home. Through the years she has always kept in touch and cared about how my family and I were doing. When it came to making the decision to sell the home she was the first person I called.

Unfortunately, my personal situation was not the easiest to manage. But Bernadette was able to go above and beyond navigating it. She was discreet and always had our best interest at heart. She had the impressive resume and tons of experience so I called her up to interview her for a referral of my friend and Client moving there. I like to start by saying, buying a home isn’t as easy as 123. The whole time you may feel hopeful, then frustrated. You might feel excited but then stressed. You’ll get good news and some bad news. You will see so many houses you really really want but may not be picked for. Everyone’s situation is different but what I can say is, just trust the process. I want to thank Bernadette Barba for working so hard from sun up to sun down and even after hours to make this happen for us. There were times when we would want to give up and she repeatedly told us to trust the process. This was our first time and everything I mentioned up above is what we were feeling but the whole time, Bernadette assured us that she would find a house and she did just that.
