Bernadette holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Services from Wright State University. In addition to this, she is a JOHN MAXWELL certified Mentor, Coach, and Speaker; BRIAN BUFFINI Certified Mentor; GRI; CDRS Elite. Whenever educational opportunities are present, she makes every effort to attend, promote, and support. In 2006, Bernadette began her real estate career as an EXIT Real Estate agent in La Plata, Maryland, and is a proven multi-million-dollar producer. Before becoming a REALTOR®, she held multiple positions in sales management and banking. A year and a half into her real estate career, Bernadette opened her own real estate company, EXIT Landmark Realty, in January 2008. Since opening its doors, her company has quickly gained market share and is rapidly growing in a challenging market. Her philosophy is accomplishment through leadership, education, and community service.
Ms. Cole shares her passion for education with her agents through multiple individual innovative training platforms and programs. She is married to a retired US Air Force Lt Colonel and United Airlines pilot, Alex Cole, and parent of three children, Marcus, Brianna, and Angelina. Bernadette’s leadership and skills have been recognized at the highest levels. In 2018, she was recognized by EXIT International as the Broker of the Year. In 2019, she was awarded the Superior Brokerage Expertise Award from EXIT Realty Corp, International. Bernadette was also featured in the Summer 2019 issue of Success Magazine in an article titled “What Glass Ceiling.”
