The company is a full service real estate business involved in listing, selling, leasing and managing residential, commercial and investment properties in eastern Kern County, CA. Bernard developed the real estate company from a single office, with 7 sales associates into a three office company, with 75 sales associates and the number one market share in Ridgecrest, Tehachapi, and California City. He has extensive experience in all aspects of improved and unimproved residential, commercial, and investment property, including government and public relations. Brokered IRS Section 1031 exchanges, including a complex multi-party exchange involving 13 different private properties totaling several hundred acres, a shopping center developer, the United States Navy and 20 acres of government land. Developed single family houses, duplexes, triplexes, 50,000 square feet of office buildings, and an 18,000 square foot retail center. He is a licensed officer and managing broker of a HUD approved mortgage loan brokerage firm for over five years. From November 1995 to July 2005, while living in Indiana, he worked on the financial, administrative, procurement, acquisition, long range planning, risk management and litigation of Coldwell Banker Best Realty.
