Bert Hubbell was suggested by, of all sites, Zillow. As a licensed REALTOR in Georgia, I was extremely skeptical of anything Zillow had to offer. That and I was already speaking with another agent. I had not felt the “warm fuzzies” with the other agent however so decided to meet with Bert. Unbeknownst to me, he drove 45 minutes from his “area” to meet with me. He wrapped his schedule around my very hectic one. Sometimes going so far and beyond and as to meet at houses at late evening times to give me time to drive in from Atlanta. Even though he was coming in from north Alabama, he knew the central Alabama market and offered me information that I had not even thought to look into. Being that Alabama is a “Buyer Beware” state, he helped me navigate the contract and inspection period by offering outside resources and guidance. He also made himself available at all hours to be able to discuss the purchase and answer questions with my husband who was deployed and 8 hours ahead of us. Our whole family was so impressed that we all say, “call Bert!” as soon as there is a question or interest in real estate here is Alabama. On top of everything, we were in a multiple offer situation and his advice had us come in lower than we were thinking and still winning our home here. We are super happy and will always Call Bert!

Bert was a pleasure to work with. Was always ready to show us a house whether it was early, late or short notice. He was very patient, probably showed us close to 100 homes. When we found our home he took care of everything (inspection, appraisal etc.) so we could plan our move. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

Bert was extremely honest and professional on our first visit with him to sell our home. The listing got numerous responses in one day. Our home sold in 2 days.
