I have enjoyed being in the sales and service industry for over 24 years and self employed for the most part. I was an independent licensed mortgage broker in 2002 while working in Administration for the public school board, then I became a licensed real estate agent in 2004. I have worked in the Tampa Bay area for 11 years, serving Hillsb. Pinellas and Pasco counties. I am actively involved & assist in several communities outreach assistance programs. I have adquired several real estate certifications: Short Sales (SFR), Distressed Homeowners (CDPE), Setting Value/Price for Bank-Owned Properties (BPO), etc....
I opened our brokerage firm in 2007 with the support and assistance of my business partner & office manager Aly Avila.
Several clients and friends told me I would be a great real estate instructor based on their positive experience & benefit of working with & how I guided them thru the buying and selling process. I became a licensed real estate instructor and in 2014 started “Dynamic Real Estate School”. Several of my past clients are now some of our lic. real estate associates. I am a volunteer instructor of the “First Time Buyers Education” class in English and Spanish.
I am also a “Licensed Insurance Agent”. My biggest accomplishments: "hundreds of satisfied and repeat clients, also successful real estate associates".
