Growing up in Corpus Christi and watching her mother excel in selling homes for a builder, Bertina was fascinated with the process. Going to open houses was simply a way of life. She began a “love affair” with homes and property, being able to be a part of making dreams a reality for her own family as well as her clients, the affair continues.

Working in the title industry for 20 years, she became familiar with the necessary documents to bring a deal to the closing table. She is comfortable explaining settlement statements and support documents to her clients. As an investor in real estate for decades, Bertina feels equipped to advise clients when it comes to purchasing their homestead or investment property. Having been a seller many times after owning twenty-nine homes, she feels more than equipped to help a seller market his or her property.

Specializing in the beautiful Lake Travis and Lake Austin areas, working the entire metro area of Austin, and believing in delivering service and with a knowledge of construction, she dedicates her time and energy to helping clients market their homes and land or finding the right property for buyers…leaving “no stone unturned.”
