Bet Egelhoff

Bet Egelhoff’s top priority as a real estate agent in Crested Butte is to provide superb customer service and a seamless, enjoyable experience as she helps her clients to buy or sell their home. She worked as a real estate agent for five years in the fast-paced and extremely competitive real estate market of the Greater Metro Denver Area, where she developed the skills and knowledge to navigate through any market conditions and negotiate successfully to ensure her clients get what they want. As one of the youngest agents to work in the #1 RE/MAX office in the U.S. and the world, she learned from and worked alongside some of the best and top producing agents in the industry. With this background, she joined Bluebird at the beginning of 2021 and quickly ramped up her business in Crested Butte. As a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the Gunnison-Crested Butte Association of Realtors, she adheres to the higher standard of the Realtor Code of Ethics. Bet is certified as a Resort and Second-Home Specialist (RSPS), and has also earned her Luxury Homes Certification (LHC).

Bet hails from a small coastal town near Barcelona, Spain, and came to Crested Butte when she was only 16 as an international high school student. She met her husband, a Crested Butte local, during this time, and simultaneously fell in love with him and this beautiful slice of paradise they are lucky to call home. After attending Colorado State University and graduating Magna Cum Laude with a major in public relations and a minor in business, they got married in Crested Butte and moved to Denver, where they lived for five years while she pursued her career as a real estate agent. All along, they dreamed of the day they would finally move back to Crested Butte, until they were able to make that dream a reality. Living in Crested Butte, Bet enjoys all the adventure and beauty that is at her fingertips every day. You can find her running or biking on the trails, hanging out by a peaceful lake or a river, on top of a mountain, skiing, or playing outside with her husband, their son, and their dog.
