I worked with Beth– an excellent agent, thorough, and very responsive at all times. Beth made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be considering I’m located in a different state . She viewed my property and discussed the to do’s and we agreed on a listing price. The home was under contract the next day and closed! She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Beth is a wonderful realtor! She accommodated my busy work schedule for home viewings and during the close process. I had actually forgotten to alert Beth to a home I was interested in, but thanks to her dilligence I was able to get time to view the home. Turns out, the home that she caught, ended up being the home I purchased! I never could have navigated this process without her! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good and honest realtor!

Beth is not only an amazing realtor but a dear friend. She goes out of her way to make you happy and make sure you are completely satisfied. My boyfriend and I were first home buyers and she was there every step of the way. She will answer your questions whenever and is so helpful. I bothered her all day long and she didn’t care! Lol which was nice since of course I had a lot of questions!! Her and her team are amazing and get things done!! The people they work with are great also even down to the inspector! We bought our house over the thanksgiving holiday and still they worked hard with excitement! I never knew how stress-free and exciting buying a home could be. Even after the move in process she reached out and even visited. She is truly dedicated and kind. You won’t regret it! Thanks again for everything!!!

This was our first ever home sale. Beth was very knowledgeable, kept in touch, and was there through the entire process. She went above and beyond our expectations and gave us good advice and direction. Our house had three offers on the first day it was listed and we were able to seal the deal on one and closed within 30 days of the listing!! Even after the sale, Beth has stayed in touch with us.
