I'm a hands on agent paying great attention to detail and with deep sensitivity to the feelings of others. My common sense advice helps my clients make the best financial decisions with the least amount of stress. I have a wealth of resources and knowledge to share and I love to help. I grew up in Arbutus and attended public schools with my brothers. I live in Oak Forest in Catonsville, just outside of Ellicott City, where I love my gardens and my neighborhood!

I hope to have an opportunity to get to know you, too. I represent buyers in their journey to finding their new or next home and sellers on the road to achieving their goals and dreams! My guidance has helped clients for 40 years and has given them a competent and caring partner in some of the biggest decisions of their lives!

I got my real estate license in 1984 while attending college. My mom, Pat Blair, got her license at the same time and we began together in the fall of that year! My BS in Business Management gives me an advantage that helps clients with business decisions and my smart approach gained from years of being a top producer benefits buyers and sellers alike.

In my spare time, I play tennis and pickleball, always have a house project or two going on, take advantage of all that the YMCA in Ellicott City has to offer, travel when I can, and as a life long animal lover I volunteer with BARCS in Baltimore. Harley and Callie are my two rescues.
